Philips Better Sleep Program includes additional Philips-specific content and behavioral support to help boost program adherence and build confidence. Using a smartphone and the user’s wearable sleep tracking device, the Better Sleep program starts with an evaluation of the user’s sleep habits and environment, which will then be used to create a customized and personalized program to help solve sleep challenges. The sensor is worn in a band around the snorer’s chest and continuously measures sleep behavior to prevent the wearer from turning onto their back. The SmartSleep suite of solutions is made up of existing Philips products-including the SmartSleep Deep Sleep Headband and the SmartSleep Sleep and Wake-Up Light (formerly Somneo Connected)-and during CES 2019, Philips will be showcasing three new additions: SmartSleep Snoring Relief Band, SmartSleep Better Sleep Program, and SmartSleep Analyzer. This solution was the first of the SmartSleep product portfolio, which aims to provide consumers with a breadth of solutions to address sleep issues from insomnia to snoring to simply not getting enough sleep.
